Wellman Inc. (a subsidiary of Brush
Engineered Materials, Inc.) is a fully
integrated supplier of engineered beryllium
materials - beryllium, beryllium alloys,
and beryllium oxide (beryllia) ceramics
- to growing international markets.
Brush Wellman's flagship manufacturing
facility, the Elmore plant, began operations
in 1953. The year 2003 marked the company's
50th anniversary of operating safely in
the community.
We've launched this site to expand our
communications with you, our neighbors.
We hope this site will not only promote
